Validity of the sales contract, commercial and price information

The Terms and Conditions of Sale apply between (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer), regarding the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods.

The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.

The prices of the products sold in the online shop are indicated with the products. A delivery fee is added to the price.

The delivery fee depends on the location of the Customer and the delivery method. The delivery charge will be displayed when you place your order.

Information about the goods is provided on the Online Shop directly next to the goods.

The online shop reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of sale and the sale prices. These changes are reflected on the website.

Placing an order

To place an order, you must add the products you want to your shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. We will then display the amount of the fee, which you can pay by bank transfer or other payment method.

The contract shall enter into force from the date of receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Shop.

We will make every effort to fulfil your order, but if for any reason the goods ordered cannot be delivered due to expiry of the goods or for any other reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the money paid (including delivery costs) without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification.

Delivery to

We ship worldwide, but the transport fee is fixed for shipments to the following countries:

Estonia: €3 at a parcel machine (Omniva). The delivery charge will be displayed when you place your order.

Other Baltic countries: €10 per courier.

Finland: delivery to an Itella parcel machine €10.

Rest of Europe* (Germany, UK, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Belgium, Greece, Czech Republic, Portugal, Luxembourg, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Malta, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia and Romania, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland) Agreed. Shipments within Estonia usually reach you within 3-7 working days from the date of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, delivery will take place within 14 calendar days. In exceptional cases, you have the right to have the goods delivered within 45 calendar days.


The online shop reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Customer has placed an order before the price changes take effect, the price of the goods at the time of invoicing will apply. The customer is not entitled to claim compensation for the difference.

Liability and force majeure

The Online shop is not liable for damages caused to the buyer or for the delay in the delivery of the product, if the damage or the delay in the delivery of the product is due to a circumstance that the Online shop could not influence or foresee.

Return of goods

Goods purchased from the e-shop are subject to a 14-day right of return from the day the goods reach the Customer (except for custom-made products).

In the case of a 14-day right of return, the Customer does not have to justify the return. The returned product must be undamaged, complete, in its original packaging and unused.

The client may withdraw from the contract using the standard withdrawal form (Regulation of the Minister of Justice No 41 of 17.12.2013).

If the Customer uses the website or the e-mail address to submit a withdrawal request, Pilveke will send the Customer a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal request.

The withdrawal statement must contain the following information: Customer’s name, order number, the name of the goods to be returned and the account number.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer must return the purchased item immediately, but not later than 7 days after the notice of withdrawal.

In the event of a refund, the money will be refunded to the Customer without delay, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal. If the goods are returned, the postage is paid by the customer.

The money is transferred to the same bank account from which it was received.

If, after the product has been returned, it is found that the product does not comply with the terms and conditions set out in clauses 7.1 – 7.4 of the E-shop Terms and Conditions of Sale, the money will not be refunded to the Customer and the returned product will remain in PIlvekes’ storage. Costs related to the storage or the return of the product to the Customer shall be borne by the Customer.

If the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered, for example, if it is the wrong item or if it is defective, the cost of returning the item will also be refunded.

Other conditions

The online shop is not liable for defects that occur after the delivery of the goods to the Customer.

If the goods purchased from the Online Shop have defects for which the Online Shop is responsible, the Online Shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online Shop will refund Kleind all the fees that were included in the sales contract.

The online shop will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 14 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The online shop uses the personal data entered by the Customer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the Customer. The online shop transfers personal data to the transport company in order to deliver the goods.

The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the Customer’s e-mail address only if the Customer has expressed his/her wish to receive them by entering an e-mail address on the website and has indicated his/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.

The purchaser may opt-out of receiving offers and newsletters by email at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.

Pilv Production OÜ is the controller of personal data. Pilv Production OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Maksekeskus AS.

Any disputes or disagreements arising out of these terms and conditions shall be settled by negotiation between the parties. If disputes and disagreements between the parties cannot be resolved by negotiation, both parties have the right to turn to the Consumer Protection Board or the courts to defend their rights.
