Merino wool clothes are antibacterial and do not need frequent washing. In most cases it is enough <\/span>just 1-2 hours of fresh air to freshen up your clothes! Thicker merino chips may only be washed by hand.<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Turn<\/b> your clothes inside out<\/b> before washing, this will help to reduce topicality. <\/li>\n
  • In a large bowl, mix warm water (about 30-40 degrees) with wool detergent or soap (too hot water will shrink the fabric).<\/li>\n
  • Allow the clothes to soak for about 3-5 minutes<\/b>. (Do not leave marine clothing in the water for prolonged periods of time as this may damage the fabric fibres.)<\/li>\n
  • To rinse, use water at the same temperature as the water you used for washing (do not use a rinse aid).<\/li>\n
  • Press out more water or use the washing machine’s spin cycle (maximum 400 rpm).<\/li>\n
  • To maintain the correct shape, immediately<\/b> after washing, set the fabric in its original position<\/b> and lay<\/b> it out to dry on a flat surface<\/b> (never twist or hang to dry).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \n Leaks: <\/b>\n<\/span>If a stain develops on the marine liner, it must be dealt with immediately! <\/span>If a stain occurs on a marine minnow, it must be dealt with immediately. Rinse the stain as quickly as possible with cool water and press the spot with a dry piece of cloth to dry. Don’t rub the stain as this will only get the dirt deeper into the fabric. For tough stains, the following may be used  special wool soap or bile soap. It is a good idea to use liquid bile soap to avoid rubbing. <\/p>\n

      Softshell clothes can be machine washed.<\/p>\n

      • Before washing, turn your clothes inside out to keep the accessories looking their best. <\/li>\n
      • Set the washing machine to<\/b> hand wash<\/b> or sportswear<\/b> programme<\/b>, water temperature can be up to 30\u00b0C.<\/b><\/li>\n
      • To maintain water resistance, detergents designed for water-resistant<\/b> garments (such as Nikewax Tech wash) should be used.<\/li>\n
      • Sofshell must not be dried in the display.<\/li>\n
      • If necessary, the outer surface can be ironed on low heat. The inner fleece must not be ironed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Soiling<\/b>: because softshell is a filmy material, it does not absorb dirt very easily. If mums can be bothered, a quick damp cloth can be used to wipe over the black spots as soon as you get in the room, so there’s no need to wash the product so often!<\/p>\n
